It is actually the name of the recent album of Beyonce Knowles songs.
It comprises two albums. The first one is "I am...", which is more on the personal characteristics of Beyonce when she is not onstage. One of the song in the album is the "If I am a boy"....
The second album which is "Sasha Fierce", is more on the outside personalities that Beyonce puts on when she is in public..

Due to Knowles , Beyonce father, who is also her manager,this album has merged out the surface kinda as a breakthrough for its new concept of combining two albums in one, like there are front page and last page of a magazine......
Beside that, Beyonce also ain't scared to show her inner personlities...She never cares about what people would say about her like double personalities and etc...
